Change of Plan

Since we produced and presented our pitch and was in the process of planning our video and organising things, we began to establish that it wasn't going to work, we put together a questionnaire and asked our target audience to see what they thought and we found that the majority of people felt that they wouldn't be interested, they felt it'd be quite plain, original and wouldn't really catch on as 'one to remember' that it was nothing out of the ordinary and could be potentially tricky to film.

We felt that we needed to change our idea so that it'd be more liked and practical to create. So we spoke to our film production teacher and he suggested the idea of having just the one actor in the video, to film a number of scenes as this actor being different people and editing it to make it out as if this one person is a number of different people by layering the pieces together. The idea we went for was to show the girl having hallucinations potentially caused by drugs. We wouldn't physically show this happening, but trying to get the message across in other ways that this is happening.

We are keeping the same idea of having a house party, but using it with a twist, we will begin by showing her getting ready, getting excited, then see her entering the party to all these people which are her.
