Here are a few of the ideas of the kind of adverts that I has looked at recreating. The first was by someone in our chosen genre, recently used as an advert for her new album, Katy Perry's advert was one that I considered when creating mine,
I liked the way the whole image was seen in the way it was advertised and it was simple, but the way it was made (horizontally) wasn't something that I felt would work for my advert as well as seeing the whole image I wanted to keep it to as simple but effective as possible and as said once before, Kesha is never seen in any of her albums/pictures showing all of her body so this was a reason I chose not to go for this style.
Flat Plan Ideas for Advert

These are 3 of my plat flan ideas for how I wanted/may have wanted my adver to look, the first plan shows the majority of Kesha's body and a few other facts about the album and when it's out, I didn't like this idea as from before Kesa doesn't generally show the majority full length of her body in any pictures that she does, whether
it's magazine articles or like this for the poster, albums or Cd's, Dvd's etc. Although it kept the theme I wanted a fairly simple and putting the point across I didn't particulary like the style.

the product, not nescassarily for themselves but potentially for someone else may find this paThis was the rticular product hard to find if they do not know what she looks like. I also felt this advert was far too simple for the it's actual purpose and wouldn't have been promoted very well.

I also felt this advert was far too simple for the it's actual purpose and wouldn't have been promoted very well. The final flat plan idea that I had, is the idea I used for my final actual piece. I took the idea from the artist Nelly's advert for his album, 'Brass Knuckles' I really liked this idea as it was simple and effective and really done it's job in promoting the album. This is one of the reasons I chose this as well as it having an image of the artist and all the details needed, I really felt this would be the theme that Kesha would use in one of her adverts.
Final Piece Advert
This is my final finished advertisement, as you can see I took the same ideas from the Nelly advert and put my own twist into it, as before I felt this advert worked well in the kind of circumstances it would have been put into, people don't generally read them unless they are necessary or interest them and sometimes even then people don't always pay attention. I had a few ideas of the style that I wanted but after seeing the advert for Nelly I knew it was exactly the kind of thing I wanted to do.I then uploaded my Advert on to the Social Networking site, Facebook, where it was viewed for everybody to see, I wanted to get a range of people views on what they thought worked and what they maybe thought didn't work so much.

This was some of the feedback that I got back from putting my work on Facebook, the general feedback that I got back from my work was positive.
